Air Club (collectively, “Air Club”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provide a number of services and are committed to providing a positive user experience on our website (www.airclub.co.uk). The terms of use (“terms”) describes how our services work and how you may use our services. By using or accessing our website or services in any way, you agree to the terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Air Club reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of the terms of use at any time. It is your responsibility to check the terms of use periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.


Any reference to “service” refers to any services provided by Air Club including but not limited to our website, email service, subscription, flight data, hotel data, booking help, information and all other material. The terms of use apply to all users of our service whether registered subscribers or first time visitors. No part of our service including content may be copied, reproduced or distributed in any way to any other computer, server or commercial enterprise, without our prior consent. The content is provided only for personal and non-commercial use. 

Use of service

You may not use our service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms of use, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of Air Club or others. You agree to use our service only for purposes that are permitted by the terms and all applicable British law. You agree that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under our terms, British law, and any consequences of such breaches. Any reference to “service account” refers to the emails we send to your email account regarding our service. Your service account belongs only to you. You shall not authorise others to view or access your service account. You are responsible for anything that happens through your account unless you close or report it. Our service is only applicable to departure flights from United Kingdom and intended for users in United Kingdom. You cannot book flights, hotels or any other service through Air Club. We provide information about flights, hotels and any other service but any contract that you enter with an airline, agent or other travel business is between you and them. At no time will such a contract be entered between you and Air Club regarding any such service. Air Club is not a flight comparison website, therefore you cannot compare fares in terms of dates, availability or airline preference. Our service is solely for informational purposes and does not constitute advice of any kind of which you should rely or a recommendation to buy or sell any goods or services. It is your sole responsibility to conduct thorough independent research and make all necessary checks before booking any service, including but not limited to flights, hotels and any other services. We treat all customers fairly and with respect. We expect you to treat us the same in return. We reserve the right to immediately cancel your service account, refuse future service, and retain any subscription fees that you have paid without any refunds if you are hostile, threaten or bully any of our team members. You shall not use any script, robot, spider, deep-link, web crawler or other automatic program to access, use or monitor our service. You declare that you are of sufficient legal age, emancipated or possess legal parental or guardian consent and are fully able and competent to enter and comply with our terms, including purchasing any of our services. If this is not the case, you shall not attempt to use or access our service. Upon subscribing to our email service, you will receive a free one month period. After this period, you have the option to purchase either a six or twelve month email service. You also have the option to pay in full or instalments depending on your own personal circumstances. We shall not recommend or provide advice regarding which option to purchase. If you purchase our service, you agree to pay us the applicable fees and taxes. Failure to pay these fees and taxes will result in the termination of your service account. If you decide not to purchase our service after the initial one month free period, you shall not re-register using a new or different email address. This is strongly prohibited by our terms and such an instance will mean you are breaking our terms and appropriate enforcement action will be taken.

When you use or purchase our subscription service, you enter a legally binding contract whereby you must keep up with payments for the agreed length of time. Failure to do so could result in a termination of your account and appropriate legal action. You will be solely responsible for all legal costs associated with such an instance, which will also impact your credit score. The contract is only between you and us. You agree to pay a service fee in return for information only. All we will provide is information and no other material, content or any other feature in return for the service fee. Our service will begin from the first day you register. All purchases will be effective from the first day after your first month. You agree that purchases will be automatically renewed to ensure no disruption in service. The renewal will be the same duration as your initial contract. If you do not want us to automatically renew your service, please email us at team@airclub,co.uk to opt out. In the unlikely event that our service becomes disrupted or delayed, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible and take all necessary steps to resolve issues. We will not be liable for any loss, delay or impact this may have on you. Any maintenance, improvement or update to our service will be conducted at the appropriate time, in attempt to minimise disruption. We use our best endeavours to ensure that our information is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that the information provided by us is better than or equal to third parties including but not limited to airlines, agents or travel businesses. There may be third parties who provide more suitable services for you than us. We are only providing information but none of the information we provide amounts to a recommendation by us. The information we provide is for general information purposes only and should not be relied upon by you. 

Third party material

Our service may contain links, content or information that is third party material. You are solely responsible for your use of any third party resources. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, product or service. We have no obligation to monitor third party content including but not limited to viruses, warnings or disabling features. Third party material is provided for your interest and convenience only. 


You are free to cancel our service at any time during the first month (thirty days) with no obligation. Your service account will immediately be closed. This is one of the reasons why we do not charge you for our service in the first month. We provide you with sufficient time to decide whether our service is suitable for you. Our subscription charges are billed according to the schedule you signed up for and are non-refundable once charged. For example, if you signed up for the monthly plan on the 16th, you will be charged on the 16th of each month. We do not issue pro-rata refunds on unused periods. You agree to contact us if there are any billing issues before disputing any charges as illegitimate. We will fix any billing mistakes. 

End Subscription

By default, your subscription will be automatically renewed according to the schedule you signed up for. If you wish to end your subscription, you must contact us at team@airclub.co.uk atleast 3 working days before your renewal date. We will only provide a refund within 14 days of renewal. After this date, no refunds will be given. We reserve the right to end your subscription at any time if you stop payments or breach any of the terms of use, without prior notice to you. 

Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy describes how we collect, use and share your information. Please read the privacy policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data. 

Service Liability

You understand that when you use our service, you may be exposed to information that is inaccurate, offensive or objectionable and you agree to waive and hereby do waive any legal rights you may have against us. We make no warranty that our service will meet your requirements, be safe, uninterrupted, timely, accurate or that your information will be secure. You agree that material obtained or downloaded through our service is done at your own risk and discretion and you will be solely responsible for any damage or loss of data as a result. You agree that we have no liability to delete or store any material used by our service. Our service is only appropriate for individuals based in the United Kingdom. Those who access or use the service outside this location do so at their own violation. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Air Club, its owners and employees to the fullest extent allowed by law, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, obligations, liabilities, expenses, debt or costs related to your use of our service, violation of terms of use or any third party rights including but not limited to copyright, property or privacy, or any claim otherwise. We reserve the right to take action against any users who violate our service terms. 


Our failure to exercise any right or provision of the terms of use will not constitute a waiver of any such right or provision. We may transfer our rights under these terms to another organisation with regards to merger and acquisitions activity. The terms of use is an agreement between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any terms. No agreement is required from any other person in order to end this agreement or make any changes to the terms. We shall still enforce the terms of use regardless of any delays in taking steps against you, should you violate any terms of use. We may take action against against you at any later date should we deem appropriate. For example, if you miss a payment and we do not chase you, we will still require you to make payment for the use of our service at a later date. The terms are governed by English law and legal proceedings are served at English courts only. Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is a legal process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it without any court proceedings. This may be a easy and cost effective way to resolve any disputes between you and us.
